Welcome to jacklynn.co.uk – the home of professional photography and film.

Jack is an experienced freelance filmmaker and photographer based in Brighton. He attained the highest grades in the U.K. and Ireland for A Level Photography and graduated from Brighton University with a B.A. (Hons) degree in Moving Image.

Following University Jack worked within the Advertising department at Framestore in London, helping edit for clients including Gucci, Jo Malone, Marvel, Morgan Stanley, British Airways and Tate, as well as working as a Making-Of Editor for Sam Mendes’ Spectre. In 2017 Jack worked as online editor for ‘What Doesn’t Kill Me’, a feature length documentary exploring Domestic Violence and child custody cases within the US court system. Directed by award-winning filmmaker Rachel Meyrick the film won the Special Jury Activist Award at the 2018 Los Angeles Film Festival and was part of the official selection in the 2018 London Feminist Film Awards.

Jack currently works as photographer for Scene, an LGBT+ magazine with a monthly readership of over 30,000 and has shot the front cover for four editions. Freelance work has included photography for the Audi FIS Ski World Cup, Blue14 and Rachel DeCock. As a film-maker and editor he has worked with companies and businesses including Anscombe Production Associates, LTN Productions, The Carousel Chorus and the multi award-winning New Steine Bistro.
